Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management (IAM) group is responsible for providing a Core IAM ecosystem of products and platforms in use across the company by cast members, employees, and partners within business segments (Experiences, Entertainment) and Corporate functions. Our vision is to provide modern Identity and Access Management capabilities and services that are simple, seamless, and secure to protect our workforce, our data, and our brands.

This role acts in support of the IAM Service Lead for Authentication services. The IAM Delivery Manager – Authentication Services is responsible for leading the successful delivery of enterprise authentication solutions. The role ensures delivery aligns with security strategy, business requirements, and compliance needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
• Demand Management
o Acts as a point of contact for incoming demands from application teams across the Company as it relates to Authentication services.
o Conduct discovery sessions with internal customers to understand requirements and drive disposition/prioritization conversations with the Authentication Service Leadership team.
o Ensures all demands are addressed and maintain constant communication with requestors.
• Product Delivery
o Accountable for driving execution and delivery of new features and capabilities.
o Ensures delivery of new capabilities on-time and on-scope.
o Establishes strong partnerships and engagement with IAM architects, engineers, third-party vendors as well as organizational change management team.
o Ensure smooth handover to operations/support teams.
• Vendor Management
o Coordinate with vendors and partners for deployment and support
o Oversees and align with 3rd party vendor team's PM to ensure deliverables are complete in a timely manner.
• Communication
o Leads with practicality and wisdom in the midst of competing priorities and diverse personalities. Highly adept at influencing without direct authority
o Facilitates team meetings effectively, ensuring the desired outcomes are achieved
o Track and drive action items to completion.
o Identify dependencies and get commitment from other teams.
• Status Reporting
o Maintains Authentication solutions delivery roadmap
o Maintains JIRA and Confluence
o Creates and maintains status report for Leadership consumption
• Technical Depth
o Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and concepts specifically authentication-related solutions such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), passwordless access, and federated identity management (SAML, OIDC)
o Familiarity with zero trust principles, risk-based authentication, and passwordless technologies.
o Experience implementing Okta in large organizations.

Work Experience: (e.g. number of years, function, type of employer, etc.)

• 5+ years of experience in IAM roles, with at least 2 years in a delivery or project management capacity.
• 5+ years of experience in large, heavily-matrixed organization.
• Prior Disney experience is preferred.

Skills / Specialized Knowledge/Competencies: (e.g. languages, computer programs)

• Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and concepts specifically authentication-related solutions such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), passwordless access, and federated identity management (SAML, OIDC)
• Fluent with JIRA/Confluence
• Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta.
• Familiarity with zero trust principles, risk-based authentication, and passwordless technologies.

Required Education:
BA Business/Comp Sci or related field
