Customer Service Rep Responsibilities:
▸ Help customers on their desired packages
▸ Build long-lasting relationships with customers
▸ Set up new customer accounts
▸ Train other Customer Service Reps
Customer Service Rep Expectations:
▸ Represent our clients with integrity and professionalism
▸ Customer satisfaction and building relationships
▸ Communicate with customers

Customer Service Rep Requirements:
▸ 2-4 year degree preferred but not required
▸ Experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or sales
