We represent some of the largest clients in the telecom industry and our company meets with customers directly in retail locations across the Birmingham area.

Customer Service Rep Responsibilities:

Help customers on their desired packages
Build long-lasting relationships with customers
Set up new customer accounts
Train other Customer Service Reps

Customer Service Rep Expectations:

Represent our clients with integrity and professionalism
Customer satisfaction and building relationships
Communicate with customers
Ability to thrive in a team environment

Job Requirements

Customer Service Rep Requirements:

2-4 year degree preferred but not required
Experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or sales
A desire to advance and grow within the company
Quick learner with a strong work ethic
