Kaye Personnel, Inc., celebrating 38 years in business, is in search of an additional Full Time or Part Time Sales Development person . This talented, experienced person would be responsible for generating sales and revenue for the company. The individual is a key team member that is responsible for the successful results of the branch, associates, client-company relationships, legal compliance and community awareness. Candidate must be sales driven with a high focus on increasing branch sales and new sales growth for successful profitability.

In this role you would provide appropriate solutions for our customers through all aspects of the sales cycle. Candidates for this position should prioritize customer care, acquisition, and company profitability.

Salesperson Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, phone and email
  • Schedule sales appointments and activities
  • Promote services to new and existing customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers
  • Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales closing
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
  • Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
  • Source and develop client referrals
  • Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements and Qualifications

· Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

· Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion

· Highly motivated, determined, and target driven

· Proven track record in the sales environment

· Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota

· Ability to create and deliver client presentations

· Expert in time management and personal organization
