Our Client is seeking a Remote Customer Service Professional/Patient Advocate in Florida.


Earn $15.50 per hour this full-time, temp-to-hire position. Work Monday through Friday at various shifts. Candidate must have a flexible schedule. There will be 1 week of training during 1st shift hours.


Job Description:

  • Make outbound calls to schedule patients in a timely manner to ensure that internal and external metrics are met
  • Understand Company's interdepartmental procedures, policies and comply with them
  • Complete special projects or tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  • Provide best in class customer service to all callers
  • Work on cases that requires investigation for missing information that is necessary to schedule patients for their initial evaluations
  • Strictly adhere to all aspects of the Company's confidentiality, privacy and security standards and policies and Confidentiality Operating Procedures in performing work
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Degree or Equivalent (GED)
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • Does not use or discuss Company's customers, providers, trading partners or vendors that include commercially sensitive or privacy-related information, including “PHI” (personal health information) with anyone inside or outside of the Company except as needed to perform an assigned task
  • Solid MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Keyboarding 45 to 50 wpm, no errors
  • Detail oriented and solid organizational skills
  • Ability to think critically, work independently and as a team member
  • Meet Company's department goals for quality and quantity of work input
