Our Client is seeking a Remote Customer Service Professional/Patient Advocate in Florida.
Earn $15.50 per hour this full-time, temp-to-hire position. Work Monday through Friday at various shifts. Candidate must have a flexible schedule. There will be 1 week of training during 1st shift hours.
Make outbound calls to schedule patients in a timely manner to ensure that internal and external metrics are met
Understand Company's interdepartmental procedures, policies and comply with them
Complete special projects or tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Provide best in class customer service to all callers
Work on cases that requires investigation for missing information that is necessary to schedule patients for their initial evaluations
Strictly adhere to all aspects of the Company's confidentiality, privacy and security standards and policies and Confidentiality Operating Procedures in performing work
Other duties as assigned
High School Degree or Equivalent (GED)
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
Does not use or discuss Company's customers, providers, trading partners or vendors that include commercially sensitive or privacy-related information, including “PHI” (personal health information) with anyone inside or outside of the Company except as needed to perform an assigned task
Solid MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience
Strong data entry skills
Keyboarding 45 to 50 wpm, no errors
Detail oriented and solid organizational skills
Ability to think critically, work independently and as a team member
Meet Company's department goals for quality and quantity of work input
