Looking for a Office Administrator for our client located in Troy, MI. This growing financial company seeks someone with a strong knowledge of QuickBooks and basic accounting. Must be able to work with low supervision. This is a direct hire.
QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Abilities)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, preferred but not required.
- Minimum 2 Quickbooks experience
- Past experience working with benefits, insurance and payroll is very helpful
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects to meet tight deadlines and produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective conflict resolution skills demonstrating negotiation and building effective business partnerships internally and externally
