The Cato Corporation is seeking an experienced Compliance Supervisor for it’s Credit Department. The Compliance Supervisor is responsible for the Bank’s compliance with Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) rules and regulations.  This position is responsible for coordinating and managing OCC examinations as well as internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with BSA, OFAC and USA Patriot Act regulations. The Compliance Supervisor will have direct oversight of the Accounts Receivable Control function, embossing and remittance processing. 

Qualified candidates should possess 3+ years experience in banking/credit compliance; experience in understanding and interpreting new regulations and their impact on the bank, previous supervisory experience; knowledge of OCC regulations, strong oral/written communication and computer skills. 

 A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
