Description
Reunification and Therapeutic Family Time program seeking experienced counselor to provide phased reunification services and therapeutic family time services to families referred by the Willimantic DCF office. This position also provides transportation for children and families so being comfortable with driving often and for long distances is a must. Position requires excellent assessment skills and ability to engage families from diverse backgrounds.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant human services field, plus two years appropriate experience. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule. Relevant experience includes home and community based services dealing with families and children, knowledge of child protective services, DCF and issues involved in out of home placement.

Salary Range: $16.80 - $19.01 per hour depending on experience.
