What You’ll Do:

Enhance brand image through positive interactions with consumers in target markets

Provide amazing customer service and provide solutions to common inquiries/objections

Develop brand awareness by sharing the narrative across various mediums

Manage accounts, both at a consumer and client level

Track project performance to ensure successful and timely completion of all deliverables

Foster collaboration with cross-functional departments
As the Customer Service Assistant, we are looking for someone to assist with the management and maintenance of the brands’ unique story by sharing it with consumers in high-interest markets. Skills needed to ensure success in this role include:
