Major Areas of Responsibility
· Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the Deployment department
· Schedule and assign hourly workers on traveling teams
· Collect and report time and attendance for traveling teams
· Order rental equipment on an ongoing basis
· Manage specialty tool ordering, tracking, and returns
· Perform other administrative duties as needed

• High school diploma required
• Associates degree or equivalent experience required
Ability to effectively present and communicate information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
Basic math skills for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as fractions, percentages, and ratios and to apply these concepts to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skill Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and email.
