Immediate need for a compassionate LPN with pediatric experience or a desire to work with children with special needs including those with cerebral palsy, needing basic mediacre care, are non-verbal and non-mobile patients. Community based care in homes, you will have the opportunity to care for patients one-on-one. Full and part-time/per diem positions available. 12 hour shifts.

As a home care nurse, you will be delivering the highest quality patient care according to the specific orders of each patient’s individual physician.
Job responsibilities include:
Provide effective and efficient patient community based care under the supervision of a Registered nurse.
Complete timely and accurate computerized clinical notes including addressing patients progress.
Assist the RN or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties.
Assist the RN in carrying out the patient plan of care.
Able to effectively deal with multiple changes based on patient and scheduling needs.
2 - 12 hr shifts per week (24 hours)
Graduate of an accredited vocational school for LPN/LVN and license to practice in the state of Florida.
IV Certification preferred
1 year min experience under LPN license
Previous pediatric/children experience or desire to work with children with special needs
Experience with Tube, AFO's, transferring, standard, gait training and seizure disorders
Meets applicable health requirements to provide patient care
