Answer the call. Come join the MicroAire Team as a Domestic Customer Service Representative. This is not your typical call center job. Learn about the medical device industry and be an expert for the customer. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing person to work in a fast paced, team oriented department. Responsible for proactive and reactive activities pertaining to domestic orders, repair and credit returns, establishing new accounts, and responding to a wide range of inquiries from both customers and sales reps, this position takes and enters orders via phone, fax, and mail, assists customers with questions regarding product and existing orders, general filing, and processing customer credits and adjustments.
Must have experience with Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet and Data Entry. Also necessary to have professional phone skills, and basic knowledge of general office equipment. Minimum of two years’ customer service experience required, preferably in an active call center environment. Medical facility experience also preferred.
