We are looking for a professional Administrative Assistant with about 1-3 years of experience to work for a nationally known organization here in Atlanta!
This is a contract to hire, paying $15/hour and increasing after hired permanently.
The Administrative Assistant will be supporting the Director of the department, assisting in a variety of tasks including:
- Create and compile written communication, minutes and or reports
- Perform various administrative support work associated with special projects including marketing, logistics, promotions, conferences, awards, etc.
- Send and receive faxes
- Review reports and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Process documentation and forms
- Prepare and maintain database
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills along with some marketing and project management experience.
- Must have a Degree or be currently enrolled in classes towards a Degree
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
