Job Description

Paramount Financial an Agency of Family Heritage is looking to hire 1 or 2 top quality Insurance Sales Leaders experienced in the sales of supplemental insurance products. The requirements for this position include but are not limited to the following:


 





  • An outstanding sales ability, proven training record, and a strong recruiting mentality with the purpose of building a team.




  • This individual must be able to recruit a solid team, train them and teach them to make money educating others about the necessity for supplemental benefits.




  • Representing Family Heritage, you will have the opportunity to educate others with a product that is a necessity.




  • This position has a very high upside potential for income to the right individual and the ability to potentially provide a solid legacy for your family through lifetime residuals based on the 5-year vesting program.




  • Our products are refreshing to represent:




  • Annual renewal policies that have a return of money for premiums paid on all products as a standard, not a rider




  • Create an opportunity to separate our organization from other supplemental organizations





 




            Requirements are Simple:







  • Must have all required insurance licenses or willing to obtain State license




  • Supplemental insurance sales management a real plus




  • B2B and/or D2D past experience helpful




  • Ability to attract sales representative and other prospective managers




  • Be able to build an organization with the assistance of Management, company tools and tutorials




  • Have a will to move onto higher positions of management within the organization
