Job Description

Required Skills:

·        Must possess excellent customer service skills concentrating on Transportation Management

·        Keyboard and PC knowledge required (Intermediate skill level of MS Office Excel, Word, Power Point)

·        Previous Transportation/Logistics experience preferred

·        Bilingual in Spanish preferred

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·        Ability to identify customer needs

·        Ability to think quickly and logically in response to customer inquiries

·        Ability to solve problems and recommend effective & efficient solutions concentrating on customer service

·        Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which includes daily scheduling and handling multiple routes, drivers, and deliveries

·        Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

·        Must have strong organization skills and follow through

 

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Advanced degrees or certification preferred

 

Position Hours Requirement: Non-Exempt

 

Pay Rate: D.O.E
