Medical Outbound Call Center Rep
New temporary associates will make outbound calls to Anthem Medicare members to invite them to clinic days. Call volume 90+ calls per day
Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Call Center, Customer Service, and / or Medical Office experience a plus. Candidate should be comfortable and confident on the phone and be able to convey a high level of professionalism when communicating with our Members. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office. Basic Excel experience needed.
