Educational and Skill Requirements for the Customer Service Account Assistant Role:
Strong organizational skills
Ability to build and grow effective relationships
Have a strong work ethic and 'can-do ' attitude
Enjoy working in a team or individually
Desire to learn and grow professionally
Degree or experience in marketing, communication or management is preferred but not required
Work experience within the sales, marketing, communications or advertising sectors is desirable
Exceptional communication and listening skills are required as an absolute essential
Job Responsibilities for the Customer Service Account Assistant Role:
You will also be expected to keep track of sales by conducting regular sales reports and attending team meetings.
Keeping track of marketing trends is important, and you’ll be expected to meet with clients to discuss sales strategies.
You’ll also be expected to deliver great customer service and respond to questions from clients and customers as needed.
