Our Company is growing and we are adding to our Client Services team. The ideal person for this role has both a strong technical foundation and experience working with remote clients. In this position, you will quickly learn the technical aspects of the role, and be a key resource for clients using our web application to input and configure data.
> 2-3 years of technical support of computer systems and applications
> Understand of data flow, and configuring data for web applications
> Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel a plus
> Basic Microsoft SQL knowledge a plus
> Prior experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, etc.) ideal
> Strong work ethic is important; you must be able to focus, and work without constant supervision
> An outgoing personality and ability to get along with others will be key to your success and growth in our Company
> A desire to contribute to the team beyond your immediate responsibilities, and in general "pitch-in" during busier months and cycles
