As an entry-level Customer Service Representative, you will be acting as the first line of customer contact. You will communicate openly, with an enthusiastic and engaging tone, and focus on finding the best solution for each individual customer.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Possess high levels of independence
  • Finding elegant solutions to difficult problems
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to improve customer satisfaction and increase profit margins
  • Represent a brand with rectitude and in a positive light and by doing so help to increase sales and bring a brand story to life!
  • Assist with placement or upgrades of products and service orders
  • Take confidential payment information as well as other personal information such as address and phone number
  • Performing front line customer service: Answering customer questions, escalating issues, and informing customers of current deals and promotions
  • Grasp changes efficiently
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
  • Provide accurate and complete information using given tools and training
