Office Assistant

Locally Owned garage door installation office is in need of a highly motivated, dedicated and experienced individual to fill the office assistant position. This company has been in business for over 40 years and is looking to add to their amazing team. This would be a position where you would share travel to both offices in Champaign and Decatur.

This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity Monday Through Friday. The compensation will range from $14-17 per hour depending on experience (willing to pay for the right candidate).

Essential Functions:

·         Accounts Payable and Receivable

·         Answering multiple phone lines

·         File Paperwork

·         Maintain organization of filing cabinets

·         Greet customers

·         Light cleaning


Qualifications

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a vital part of this role

·         1yr experience in an administrative or accounting position

·         High School Diploma or equivalent education

·         Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism

·         Accountable, detail-oriented and well organized

·         Clear, concise and professional communication skills

·         The ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

·         Positive attitude and works well with others

·         Honesty and integrity are an essential part of our organization’s values
