Customer Service Representative
PrideStaff is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our fast-growing warehouse client located in Denver. This is a full-time opportunity as a Customer Service Representative, and you will also be responsible for general office duties.
Job Duties:
- Politely answer phones
- Provide customer service to external clients and internal staff
- Basic reporting
- Data entry
- Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous clerical experience
- Quick learner, able to learn on the fly
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to prioritize and get job duties accomplished without being micro-managed
- Able to pass background check and drug screen
