• Prospect, gather insurance information, present and close sales
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Maintain advanced knowledge of current market conditions, including target audience & competition
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices
• Establish and build rapport with prospects and maintain on-going client relationships
• Sell to repair shops, body shops, new and used car dealers, self-storage facilities etc.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous cold calling experience
• Active Insurance License or ability to obtain immediately
• Basic knowledge of the auto insurance industry or ability to learn quickly
• Organized and professional
• Must be self-motivated and money motivated
• High energy with an upbeat phone personality
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
