We are seeking a dynamic and sports-minded individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our clientele. Customer Service Representatives will have a competitive spirit, excellent communication skills, and enjoy providing outstanding service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a group of like-minded individuals and apply your customer sales support and customer service expertise.

Outreach Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers providing personalized assistance and resolving sales inquiries promptly.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations, order placement, and tracking.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
  • Provide information and updates on products and services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns, process sales returns/exchanges, and facilitate seamless order fulfillment.
  • Continuously stay updated on competitive trends, products, and industry news to better serve customers.

Outreach Customer Service Requirements:

  • Passion for hitting goals and a competitive spirit to improve results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the aptitude to handle challenging customer situations with patience and empathy.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and standard office applications.
