Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Location: Orlando, FL
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Job Summary
The Warehouse Administrator provides administrative and office services support to the warehouse by implementing systems, procedures and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process warehouse receiving paperwork.
• Schedule receiving appointments.
• Label, wrap, put away material into location. Includes bin location maintenance.
• Accurately fills out notice of shipping errors and reports them timely via email to management and supply partners.
• Reviews stocked items weekly and conduct annual physical inventory.
• Maintain physical inventory of the materials.
• Works with management to research problems and identify root cause of the issues.
• Assist in labeling materials stored in the warehouse and preparing items for shipment.
• Responsible to assist with pick ticket billings.
• Responsible for accurately filling out SO tickets and bringing material and pack lists to the appropriate outbound aisle.
• Check that packing list, received goods and purchase orders match. Complete purchasing paperwork.
• Documents inbound pallet condition and works with drivers to ensure all material is accounted for.
• Maintain and update aisle organization of materials.
• Record verbal/written complaints from customers concerning dissatisfaction with product or service provided. Respond to customers with corrective action, submitting the results to management for review/closure and making recommendations to management on corrective/preventive action.
• Assist in handling telephone inquiries/orders directed to the counter.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
• Administrative experience.
• Warehouse/distribution environment.
• Computer systems - Microsoft Office
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
• Administrative and clerical procedures and terminology.
• Knowledge of client policies, systems and procedure concerning purchasing, inventory, quality and administration.
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
• General Office – Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment.
• Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
• Work may require excessive bending or stooping.
• Employee required to climb ladders.
