This is a full-time role will take place in our office located in Santa Ana



  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Enjoy working in both a team and independently

  • Can meet tight deadlines as well as handle multiple tasks

  • Highly organized and manages time wisely

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients and resolve issues as needed

  • Provide account services to consumers

  • Generate long-term leads through personable interactions

  • Understand product knowledge and be able to provide extensive support

  • Maintain client books and ensure everything is remaining organized

  • Attend staff meetings and/or meetings with clients

  • Strengthen relationships with current consumers, as well as assist with new acquisitions
