Express Employment Professionals of Northern NJ is seeking a Branch Manager for their rapidly growing New Jersey offices. Express opened locally in 1995 and is a family owned staffing company with six offices in Northern NJ. Express is ranked as one of the Top Staffing Companies in NJ and one of the Largest Staffing Companies in America.
The Branch Manager position is a combination of managing the office and also developing new business. This is the go-to person in that branch where all team members in that branch report to them directly (team size is between 3-10 members). This is a hands-on job where you are working directly with your team to service clients, place candidates and develop new business.
Office hours: 8AM-5PM but job may require additional time depending on client needs

Management of internal team including interviewing new staff, hiring and accountability
High level of customer service with internal and external customers
Develop new and existing clients via phone, face to face appointments and networking
Hold daily staff meetings to allocate workflow
Visit clients and prospects on a weekly basis
Attend off-site job fairs
Analyze weekly reports to implement recruiting and sales strategies
Utilize internal candidate database to source job seekers
Submit weekly office projections and activity reports to management
Order Supplies (as needed)
Review Marketing and recruiting strategies to ensure job orders and candidate interviews goals are achieved
Follow all Express policies and procedures
Adherence to company vision, culture and values
At least 5 years of supervisory experience in the following environments:
Staffing company or recruiting
Car Rental- Branch Management
Human Resources with a focus on recruiting
Retail Store Management
Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but applicable experience will be considered
Outgoing, friendly, and professional attitude
Understanding of common business practices and procedures
Knowledge of Microsoft Office- typing and data entry ability. Must Type at least 40 words per minute.
Ability to talk on the phone and call internal and external customers
Ability to visit local companies and interact with various individuals on a daily basis

Base Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 DOE
Commission/Bonuses Range: $5,000-$40,000+ depending on branch profitability
