THE POSITION:

  • As a third-party administrator, C/TPA, providing full-service drug and alcohol testing, background screening, occupational health, and injury care & management to partner with clients all over the country to build a safe and productive work environment.
  • Due to growth, seeking to bring on board a creative and passionate Marketing Manager to executive marketing strategies that push the growth of our companies. As the Marketing Manager, you will report to the CMO. This is a full-time position.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for all marketing activity related to Workplace Safety Screenings and Port Health. This position will develop and execute marketing plan to ensure the growth of these companies across the US. This role will be responsible for tracking and reporting on all marketing activity, proving the success of executed strategies and tactics. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Organize and project manage marketing plans contributing to brand expansion and sales across the United States.
  • Partner with the Sales team to execute MQL > SQL funnel, using HubSpot as primary tool.
  • Develop positive and effective working relationships with all teams for the successful development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Alongside the CMO, develop the marketing budgets as well as yearly acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness goals.
  • Alongside the CMO, build customer retention strategies for the US market.
  • Attend planning and strategic meetings with department representatives to discuss plans and objectives, coordinate efforts, develop action plans and/or marketing advice.
  • Report on all marketing initiatives as part of a larger strategy, using KPIs established by the CMO


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a comparable role in marketing, preferably within the medical services industry
  • Job requires a strategic, creative, and innovative thinker with problem solving skills and a constant desire to improve.
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience working in digital marketing, including but not limited to paid media, google advertising, partnerships, organic social, blog content.
  • Intermediate knowledge working with marketing tools, such as: Google Analytics, HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of media and publicity
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and teams.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and work in the office during regular hours
