We are an HR Outsourcing Company assisting various Corporate Clients with their Human Resources needs.
3-5 years experience in HR - Must have HR Generalist experience-Prefer for any private employer with over 50 employees;
Your certification in HR a big advantage with our Company.
4 year college degree preferred but experience and certification accepted in lieu of Degree.
Highly prefer PMR certification,
HR background in Title VII, Wrongful termination, employee grievance investigations, dispute resolutions, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, COBRA, E-verify, records retention, new employee orientations, I-9 compliance, etc. Lots of diversity - never boring- challenge your skills by utilizing them in many different work environments from manufacturing facilities to law offices!
Absolutely must have outstanding customer service/people skills + extremely professional well-groomed professional appearance and great problem solving skills. Must be able to speak & write Spanish and English fluently.
70% in the field solving client HR problems - 30% in the office. We are holding out for someone with a stable work background that our Clients can count on / grow with. This is the perfect job for someone looking for a long-term workplace that they can call home.
This is not an HR Assistant position. Must have hands-on experience handling HR / Labor law issues, investigations, employee grievances, (etc.) at a Generalist level.
