Job Description    

US Tech Solutions is seeking a “Customer Support Representative for a 6 Months contract with a client in Columbus, OH

 

  • Respond to an extremely large volume of calls as per business needs.
  • Assist clients with accesses their accounts online and password resets.
  • Answered inbound calls, resolved customer issues, researched accounts / follow-ups and performed trouble shooting.
  • Functional support areas include client’s Cash Management products and services, Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Interacted regularly with counter parties to ensure that accounts were reconciled and balanced.
  • Monitored and maintained internal files to ensure that outgoing payments were successfully received by counter parties.
  • Reviewed daily reports and advised trading desk of any discrepancy.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Experience in financial services environment is preferred
  • Customer orientation and respond to high volume of calls.
