CoWorx Staffing has an exciting new opportunity for a Human Resources Assistants in Smyrna, GA. In this role, you will be the first line of communication for visitors and employees. You will be responsible for providing professional customer and personal service by analyzing and addressing employee concerns using established procedures to answer, screen, and appropriately forward all calls and inquires.

Greet, welcome, and announce front desk visitors
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Support Human Resources projects and teams (Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
Perform clerical duties for all departments
Perform heavy filing duties; update and maintain personnel files, personnel actions and terminations.
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years relevant experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Good communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task numerous responsibilities
Good attention to detail
Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment, individually and as part of a team
