Daily Direct Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and approach everyone with an empathetic and friendly attitude
- Educate potential customers about our telecommunications service and the benefits
- Attend meetings and webinars to stay on top of new products, services, or sales promotions
- Work collaboratively to enhance the customer experience and improve sales margins
- Upsell and promote products directly to consumers
- Achieve sales and customer acquisition goals established by The Telecommunications and Sales Managers
- Handle sensitive customer information and input data accurately
