Learning Analyst

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Learning Analyst for a contract opportunity with a financial service client.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of data analysis and documentation in support of the Learning team
  • Gathers and processes data to generate reports on periodic and ad- hoc basis
  • Review data for accuracy and relevance. Examines data and identifies performance trends
  • Administers, creates, and maintains central repository of reports
  • Coordinate with Workday Learning team for dashboard updates
  • Make recommendations for updating reporting fields or new report creation
  • Answer inquiries about policies & processes, ad hoc and on-demand production and distribution of routine or customized data and reports, monitoring status and facilitating completion of specific processes or compliance requirements, and other similar ad hoc requests/projects, etc
  • Communicate daily with all stakeholders (employees, Managers, HRBPs, HRLT members) for mandatory training updates and escalations
  • Respond to findings and audit requests for information for 3-5 internal EFX groups
  • Refresh and update resources on various sites (SNOW, PeopleLink, Google Sites)
  • Serve aside WD Learning team to troubleshoot AskHR tickets generated via the ServiceNow portal
  • Mass email to troubleshoot for re-enrollments both daily and during mandatory training windows

Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a reporting analyst or financial analyst role ideally in a fast-paced multi-site environment
  • Ability to analyze current trends and build assumptions, hypotheses and have the proven confidence to provide recommendations
  • Ability to interpret and redesign workflows to improve accuracy and impact of reporting
  • Excellent relationship management and communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels in a global organization
