IT Asset Management Help Desk Technician

Mindseeker is looking for a IT Asset Management Technician with experience in asset management, inventory support, and IT ticketing systems.  The ideal IT Asset Management Technician will have 2+ years of help desk support experience focused primarily  on asset tracking, inventory deployment, and a passion for supporting end-users. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Install personal computers, file servers, ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment.
  • Coordinate with Inventory Team in deployment activities regarding imaging, prepping, deploying, asset retrieval, data wiping, asset returns, etc
  • Enter shipments into the asset management system, and deliver inventory which weighs up to 50 lbs to customers.  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Asset Management Technician
  • Experience with:
    • Windows 10
    • IT ticketing systems 
    • Inventory and Asset Management
    • Delivery Logistics
