$19.75 - $20.00/Hour

We need two administrative assistants (1 full-time opening and 1 part-time opening) who can greatly influence any organization, from constructiveness and commitment to executing day to day tasks. You’ll be privileged to learn and grow with a progressive-minded tech company while being instrumental in a number of creative projects. This is a well-paying, long-term role; rightfully suited for experienced individuals who exude a poised demeanor, who are no stranger to working within a team focused environment.

The minimum pay rate for these roles is set at a minimum of $19.75 per hour with a highly competitive benefit option availability after 90 days:

You will act as the first point of contact to the coding staff on any office needs in addition to:

  • Maintaining communal office spaces and overseeing reception
  • General bookkeeping and client invoicing tasks (requiring frequent use of quickbooks and google docs)
  • Helping with small marketing campaigns and social media account maintenance
  • Keeping a pulse on what is happening throughout the company and with clients

Characteristics to be Considered:

  • Possess enough confidence to know when to take the initiative; work with other staff members toward a common goal; and instruct other workers
  • Motivated person. Self-starter who makes it a priority to establish and implement process improvements
    Mature with a high degree of professionalism. Experienced in evaluating situations and applying good
  • judgment in any necessary resolution
  • You must be someone who has a strong sense of ethics and accountability, while giving off a vibe of integrity

Other Expectations May Include... Developing, implementing and improving office policies and procedures. Coordinating events for meetings and/or hospitality which may include choosing the most appropriate event site, organizing schedules. Receiving calls, taking messages, providing email support. Preparing forms and reviews documentation for conformance with internal policies and procedures. Experience with a variety of technological platforms is preferred (including but not limited to: Google/G:Suite, Mac OS X.

  • For the full-time position, you must be available from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Mon:Fri.
  • For the part-time position, you must be available 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mon, Wed, Fri.
