We are presently conducting a search for a Regional Director of Sales to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a huge impact at the company.  PeopleShare is the fastest growing staffing company on the east coast. Since 2005, we have grown to a network of 25 branch office locations across the region and we surpassed $150 million in revenue last year!  The environment is incredibly fun, team-oriented, fast-paced and exciting. 
The ideal candidate for this role will possess sales and management experience, preferably within the staffing industry, the ability to communicate very well, and able to coach and motivate a team. 
  The Regional Director of Sales will: 
  • Oversee branches performance 
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with Branch Managers. Provide mentorship and guidance to support branch growth, and build a positive and productive culture 
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the branch
  • Monitor P&L for branches, control expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Develop and lead team of staffing professionals on all aspects of recruitment
  • Support the sales process, attend client appointments 
  • Set sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies
  • Establish rapport and develop long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle and account management
  • Help our business through developing and sharing best practices and customer relationships


· BA/BS degree

· Staffing industry experience is a plus  

· Experience with managing high performing sales people 

· Comfortable training on consultative selling techniques as well as making cold-calls

· Successful negotiating skills with C level decision-makers

· Clear, concise communication skills, solid business sense and presentation skills

· Ability to multitask with ever-changing priorities

· Organizational skills 

· Strong desire to make money and be a part of a growing and dynamic company

· Excellent computer skills
