Customer Service Representative

Description:  We are looking for highly motivated, confident, well-organized, and detail-oriented Customer Care Representatives who will interact with all levels of management and be a team player. The position focuses heavily on having an eye for detail and on being able to provide prompt and accurate responses to the account manager’s as well as customers’ inquiries.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to Account Managers
  • Create Accounts, Opportunities, Quotes, and Orders in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and with Customers to make sure all required information is collected and is correct
  • Consistently input and update information to ensure accuracy of customer records
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Follow-up in a timely and accurate manner on open issues, tasks, activities, and unresolved items
  • Answer external phone calls and/or other communication requests from account managers and/or customers and assist with requests/questions in friendly and concise manner
  • Be a point of contact for the department
  • Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team if required
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features

Requirements:

  • 4 year degree in business (from an accredited college/university)
  • Experience in Sales Administration and/or Sales Support
  • Experience working with CRM tools; SFDC and SAP strongly preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office:  Outlook (email), Word, Excel
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment without sacrificing customer satisfaction or quality
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a keen attention to details (this is critical)
  • Must be good at troubleshooting problems with sales orders and with problem remediation (critical)
  • In this role, you will have to navigate through multiple systems in order to create and process sales order, THEREFORE you must be confident and comfortable working with and learning new automated systems
  • Excellent communication skills
