Our Independent Insurance Adjusting Firm seeks a reliable Administrative Assistant to join our Claims Department.
The ideal candidate will have quick typing skills, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for precision. Organizational skills and multi-tasking a must. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. Our candidate will assist with general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails and performing additional administrative duties as required. The successful applicant will be the front-end representative of our firm, so he/she must have a polite and friendly disposition, and be readily available to greet clients and direct them as necessary.
