Job Description


We are seeking Customer Service Representative s to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.


Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Provide information about the products and services

• Document and update customer records based on interactions

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Positive and professional demeanor

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


The role will include:

• High volume of Client Interaction

• Educate clients on services

• Find ways for customers to increase their own business potential

• Resolving technical issues

• Dealing with customer complaints be tween customers, sorting resolutions.


Experience and Skills required:

• Excellent written and spoken Communication Skills

• A good telephone manner

• Word, Excel & Outlook knowledge

Effective organizational, time management, facilitation and prioritization skills

• The ability to communicate with people of all levels within a business

• Persistence, drive and enthusiasm
