Crown Services is looking for production associates to manufacture essential medical equipment. We are partnered with a leading medical company that produces equipment that improves the quality of life for many. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a temp to hire position where you can develop your skills and make a career.

General Information


1st shift $13.50

2nd shift $14.50

1st shift hours 6a-2:30p M-F

2nd shift hours 3p-11:30p M-F

OT available

Location: Central Indianapolis

Job Description

  • Operate equipment and machines in different parts of the production line

  • Work on the production floor 

  • Flexibility to work at different work stations daily

  • Complete paperwork with accuracy and consistency

  • Meet daily production numbers

  • Be able to recognize quality issues quickly and advise management/quality team

  • Work professionally with a team 

  • Work safely and consistently

  • Hitting production goals, safety, and quality

  • Prep and set up with efficiency 

  • Follow quality standards

  • Other duties as assigned by management


  • Stand, push, pull, reach, twist for entire shift (8 hours)

  • Lift 25+ pounds on a consistent basis

  • Dependability

  • Recognize quality issues when producing products

  • Work at a consistent pace with team to meet production numbers

  • Work well on a team and have solid communication with teammates and supervisors/management

  • Read/Write so you can fill out paperwork to meet company guidelines

  • High school or GED equivalent

  •  Background requirements
