Job Description

As an HW Staffing Solutions, the Business Development Manager will work daily to incorporate the core principals of our company “Dignity, Excellence and Service”. Your primary role encompasses responsibility for delivering sales performance through high quality service to customers and employees by developing and maintaining strong relationships. Your role incorporates total accountability for the success of a branch office in new business development.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Providence, RI Business Development Manager. This is a SALARIED position (not solely commission-driven. There is commission in addition to the salary.  This is a full time, permanent position built for a customer-focused, passionate individual who strives for total customer care and building lasting client relationships. The B2B Sales Representative will add to a skilled, team driven environment already successful in the market. 


This is a lucrative opportunity that combines your ability to sell and build professional relationships with clients while managing day-to-day activity in the {Providence Metro community. This position requires self-motivated, goal-driven individuals who strive for excellent customer service and total client care. 

The Sales Representative will have access to company's resources, benefits and commission structure, in addition to a competitive salary. 
 
- Research and prospect potential clients and execute contact, appointments and follow-ups
- Develop and present company products to prospective clients, and inform current clients of changes or  

new products/services available
- Build relationships and contact with current clients
- Act as a liaison during sales contract signings
- Track and manage day-to-day activity with clients
- Consistently meet established sales metrics
- Address and respond to client needs, questions or issues
- Provide excellent customer service!

- Work closely with operations team to build relationships with Client

Job Requirements

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: 

- HS degree or equivalent.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a full-time, sales-related position

- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form
- Committed work ethic, negotiation ability and conflict-resolution ability
- Must have valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and clean driving record

- Must be able to pass a company background check
