Customer Service Representative-Bilingual in Spanish
Customer Service Rep –
Express is looking for a Customer Service Professional to start immediately with a company in Edison, NJ .
Hours: Monday-Friday 10AM-7PM
Pay rate: $15-$16 depending on experience

Job Highlights
Seeking an energetic, experienced, customer service professional. Responsible for establishing relationship with customers, handling all incoming calls, taking orders, shipping orders, sending shipment notifications, and overseeing/researching inventory (must have reliable transportation to commute between warehouses when needed). Experienced with 3PL and EDI orders preferred, detail oriented is a must. Accuracy and timeliness of completion of tasks is essential.
What We Look for in a Customer Service Professional:
- HS Diploma
- Office Experience (1 yr. minimum)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Accuracy
- Ability to multitask
- Strong phone presence
- Ability to recognize when something needs to be urgently addressed
- Ability to complete tasks in a designated time-frame
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability and willingness to learn
