This position provides support for the development of the recruitment strategies for all open positions including staff, faculty, adjunct faculty and student work.  This position will work with managers to assist with their recruitment needs.  Responsible for the applicant tracking and onboarding systems used at the University and Academy.

• Develops recruitment strategies for all open positions including staff, faculty, adjunct faculty and student work

• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the applicant tracking systems to include the onboarding system.

• Provides training to managers on the use of the applicant tracking system.

• Meets with managers at all levels of the University and Academy to develop specific recruiting plans and provide support for all hiring needs

• Develops and maintains professional relationships with outside churches, universities, etc. to assist in generating qualified applicants.

• Directs the efforts of employment agencies and search firms, including negotiating and controlling employment-related fees.

• Provides information on University and Academy job opportunities to potential applicants.

• Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing. May provide initial screening to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.

• Arranges travel and lodging for applicants, if necessary.

• Conducts reference and background checks.

• Researches, analyzes, prepares and presents hiring statistics

• Maintains records on recruiting activities as required

• Participates in development of annual recruiting budget

• Provides support for all onboarding documents and processes

• Provides support for all employee internal changes

• Other duties and projects as assigned
