Senior Recruiter

To facilitate the hiring process at PriMed Management Consulting Services, Inc. by sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants.  This individual will identify and hire qualified candidates using proactive, timely, and cost-effective recruitment methods.

Responsibilities:

                 

  • Establish effective working relationships with hiring management in order to jointly develop appropriate recruitment strategies for each open position. This includes part-time, full-time, and temporary positions.
  • Establish, negotiate, and manage contracts/relationships with staffing partners, LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media sites/job boards.
  • Review, update, and maintain job descriptions.
  • Review and screen resumes on candidates who have applied for posted positions.  Share qualified candidates with hiring manager.  May conduct phone screens/interviews at hiring manager’s request. Review salary offers with hiring manager.  Facilitate the offer process. Move candidates through these recruitment stages utilizing Workday ATS.
  • Proactively source passive candidates using state of the art tools including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Function as a team leader of Sourcing Recruiters.  Orient Recruiters on PriMed’s hiring process and recruitment tools.

   

Job Requirements

  • Minimum years of experience required – 5-7
  • Minimum level of education required – Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of human resources recruitment experience, with proficiency in at least one Applicant Tracking System (ATS).   Health care recruitment experience preferred.
  • Proven sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Solid understanding of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
