Through a passion for customer service and marketing, our retail assistant will provide top quality care to each client, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. The retail assistant is responsible for creating a pleasant client experience and increase customer retention.
Responsibilities include:
Bring in new customers by creating brand desire
Provide quick, efficient, and quality service to customers
Build personal relationships in order to increase customer retention and satisfaction
Follow up promptly with customers in regards to questions or concerns about products or services
Process consumer transactions
Keep your station orderly
Qualifications:
Ability to commute to Washington DC
Multitasking skills
Authorized to work in the US
1 year experience in customer service or sales
Ability to stand for at least 4 hours
We are seeking a candidate who has a passion for customer service and an undying interest in the world of marketing.
A few Skills/Qualifications in Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking, would all beneficial but not necessary .
