If this sounds like you, LMI Philly is currently seeking an entry level Customer Service Sales Associate to join our brand new campaign. As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you will be interacting with customers on a face to face and digital basis, managing their accounts, suggesting conflict solutions, and processing sales transactions. Customer Service Sales Associates must enjoy frequent social interaction, and posses an eagerness to learn about the sales and marketing industry.

LMI Philly provides comprehensive training with seasoned managers during your first month at our firm. Our teams will go beyond standard to ensure that you’re qualified to succeed in the marketing industry.
Customer Service Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Customer account acquisition - find leads, qualify new customers, establishing customer relationships, overturning negatives, and closing the sale
Keep record of existing customers by accurately entering information into data servers
Consistently meet with Customer Service and Sales Teams to analyze strategies and create new materials to drive sales
Provide consumer feedback to clients on ways to improve services, sales, and technology
Represent clients with the utmost professionalism
