Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a customer service representative/sales administrator to join their growing company!

Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm shift

Looking for energetic, upbeat, empathetic individuals with a go-getter attitude and out-of-the-box thinking.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Data-entry of new client information
  • Verification of client information
  • New client orientation
  • Heavy inbound/outbound calls
  • Assisting new and existing clients with questions, concerns, and/or complaints
  • Client retention
  • Problem resolution in a timely and professional manner
  • (No selling involved)

Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience or administrative experience - must be comfortable with heavy phones 
  • Previous sales support experience, account management a plus
  • Basic computer proficiency with MS Word/Excel
  • Personable and professional phone demeanor
  • Ability to diffuse escalated situations
  • Client retention and strong problem resolution abilities
