Business Management Trainee - Entry Level Sales
Endless Abundance is seeking a full-time Business Management Trainee for our location. The Business Management Trainee is responsible to reach set sales goals in his/her territories. We are looking for goal-oriented, self-starters looking for a rewarding career in our promotional marketing firm specializing in consumer outreach, loyalty, and brand recognition. We offer competitive compensation packages plus uncapped commissions on top of exciting work culture.
Position Responsibilities:

Maintain existing relationships with clients

Cultivate new opportunities within assigned territories through on-site visits

Execute sales and marketing strategies

Support all team members

Identify sales trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territory

Product knowledge to offer outstanding customer experience
Job Qualifications:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, determined, and confident

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

0-2 Years experience in Territory Sales, or related field

Bachelor's Degree is preferred (not required)

Travel is required
