We seek a passionate leader to oversee our youth ministry, executing vision, leading volunteer teams, and integrating youth into church life.
Responsibilities include being a visible campus leader, managing youth events and teams, and establishing operational systems.
Must-haves: active church participation, a passion for NextGen Ministry, strong relational and decision-making skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves: ministry experience or training.
Day-to-day involves a fast-paced, adaptable environment with Sunday-Thursday work, supporting weekend worship, and participating in team activities. Emphasis on growth, spiritual discipline, and bringing your full self.
