Job Details
  • Defend employers and insurers in Pennsylvania workers' compensation proceedings from inception through resolution
  • Handle all phases of litigation including petitions, hearings, depositions, and appeals
  • Manage an active caseload of defense matters before the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Appeal Board and judges
  • Advise clients on exposure, strategy, and resolution across a range of injury and occupational disease claims

Looking For:

  • Pennsylvania Bar Admission
  • Workers' compensation defense litigation background
