Pay Rate / Salary (Ranges OK) : $150-$180k

Overview:
We are seeking a Workday Financials Lead with expertise across the Projects, Customers, and Assets modules. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Workday functionality to support revenue management, project accounting, and asset lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Workday Projects for planning, cost tracking, and reporting.

• Oversee Workday Customers for invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.

• Manage Workday Assets setup and lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.

• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment between system design and business needs.

• Deliver reporting, analytics, and compliance solutions across Customers, Projects, and Assets modules.

• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing functional support to business users.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Workday Financials experience, with hands-on expertise in Projects, Customers, and/or Assets.

• Strong understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition, and asset management.

• Prior experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry is preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
